Shipping & Returns
Early Rider limited is a UK based company and complies with UK consumer law including the distance selling regulations. This means that shopping with Early Rider is safe. You won't get ripped off, you'll get what you ordered, and we'll sort out any problems you have. By visiting our website, you accept and agree to the content of these terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Shipping
Products are shipped to all EU territories using DPD. We do not have express shipping options, but our flat fee of €7.95 (bikes) / €5.25 (accessories) is a quick and very reliable service which takes a maximum of 7 business days to furthest destinations, 2-4 business days for continental Europe. Orders are dispatched the following business day after payment and confirmation, with tracking information sent automatically by email that evening. Returns
In the event you need to return your bike, please contact us first. Products must be returned in brand-new and unused condition in the original packaging, with care taken to protect items which could be easily damaged. A pre-paid shipping label can be provided, the cost of which will be deducted from any eventual refund. Return of a bike is €15.00, small parts and accessories €8.00. Any products returned which do not comply with this policy will not be accepted for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are unclear about any of this, please call before ordering as bikes are large and expensive items to send, so please think of the environment and be sure before you buy.
Refunds
We are happy to exchange or refund your goods in full (excluding postage), but please contact us first. Credit and debit card payments will be refunded back to the original payment card.
Ordering
When you order from the Early Rider website you agree to the listed terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Opening Hours
The website is open 24/7, you can email us anytime and we’ll reply as soon as possible. Our live chat hours are the same as our opening hours – we'll endeavour to answer as quickly as possible. Telephone during normal opening hours below. We’re a small team, but we aim to be available in as many ways as possible and will respond as quickly as we can.
