Super Velio Tiller Assembly

Second tiller broke immediately. The foam ball looks nice but it doesn’t function as something to be held onto to support a new rider when all it has is a dab of glue. Ball came off just like the first one and I see no point asking for a replacement because it will result in the same failure. Design change is needed such a nice bike now falls short with a subpar piece.

First of all I'm happy u guys sent me this product, it is better then nothing....however, the handling is not very comfortable, it is hard to control and turn (prob because of the rear wheel mechanism) and it is very thin, so compering to the baby/bike weight it doesn't hold and bends a Little. As a result, just today, the ball/ handle came out and now it turns and can't help at all. I tried to glue and I hope it will stick.
I would recommend a T handle maybe or making the handle one piece with the rest of the tiller.

We love the Velio but had a problem where the foam ball came off the Tiller assembly. They quickly responded and replaced it with no questions asked. My son absolutely loves his bike, and we love this very high quality and beautifully engineered product

The bike is great and your customer service, but the build quality/design of the tiller isn't up to scratch in our experience. On our 3rd tiller and the little plastic pieces inside aren't of good enough quality/design.
