Shipping Policy

1. Shipping destinations and carrier

We ship to all EU member states. All orders are dispatched with DPD as our exclusive carrier.

We currently do not offer express shipping. Our standard service is designed to be fast and reliable at a single flat rate.

2. Shipping rates

Flat rates per order:

  • Bikes: EUR 7.95

  • Accessories: EUR 5.25

Rates apply regardless of order weight or destination within the EU.

3. Processing time

Orders are dispatched on the next business day after payment has been received and the order has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Tracking information is sent automatically by email in the evening of the dispatch day.

4. Delivery times

Delivery times after dispatch:

  • Continental Europe: 2–4 business days

  • Remote destinations within the EU: up to 7 business days

These are indicative delivery times provided by DPD. Once a parcel has left our warehouse, it is handled by the carrier and no longer under our direct control. We monitor deliveries and will support you if anything goes wrong.

5. Order tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been handed over to DPD. You can follow the shipment status directly via the DPD tracking portal or through the link in your customer account.

6. Transport risk

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage during transport lies with us until the goods are handed over to you or a person authorised by you. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.

7. Delays or delivery problems

If your delivery is delayed beyond the indicated timeframes, or if there is any other issue with your shipment, please contact us at info@earlyrider.com. Please include your order number and, if available, the DPD tracking number so we can respond quickly.

8. Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Please make sure that the delivery address you provide at checkout is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete or nobody was available to accept delivery after DPD's redelivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs for re-delivery may apply.
