Awesome little MTB for the little shredders. This bike gives them so much confidence that they start jumping on their own stuff after a couple of rides

The hydraulic brakes and wide tyres are a game changer and give him lots of confidence to progress. The belt is a great addition for lighter maintenance. Child and Dad very happy with bike!

It is the PERFECT kids bike.
The Seeker 16, replaced the Canyon Offspring 16 that I had (from my older kid), and it is better in everything. It feels (and it is) way more light, and more important, has better geometry, the kids possition on the Seeker 16 is better, and he can pedal better.

Easy setup. quick shipping from OR to SF. Our son loved his early rider balance bike and took to this right away (after riding another brand’s 14 in pedal bike). I was worried the mtb setup might be hard for him, but it’s perfect and he loves riding on both dirt and pavement.

So happy we got this bike for our daughter. For a long time she had been struggling with her 12 inch entry level kids bike, and was quite frustrated over the weight and geometry of that bike. We tried everything from a walking stick mounted on the stem of the saddle, to training wheels. So after reading a lot of reviews about the ER bikes, we finally took the plunge and splashed out on a Seeker 16. We considered the Belter 16 at first, but we went the extra mile and payed the higher price to get the tires and pedals of the Seeker. The bike is smooth even on flat pavement but its strength comes when riding on dirt/off-road. The tires also adds some extra “suspension” making the ride less bumpy. The package arrived after a couple of days after ordering it online from ER Co (Belgium). Assembling the bike was quite easy. The only adjustment I had to make additionally was to correct the alignment of the fork holding the handle bar in order to make the front wheel run straight. On her first try, our daughter immediately got the hang of striding by pushing the bike using only her feet. Then, a few moments later, she started pedaling effortlessly! There were absolutely no issues with handling the bike and she really benefited from its light weight and solid build. The pure joy she expressed during her first ride was worth every penny for this bike. And after a couple of miles on the bike she clearly got exhausted so I just took the bike in one hand and my daughter on the other hand, and we started to walk home. Once again, the light weight of this bike makes it really easy for me as a parent to carry it along. I’m really excited about taking our daughter and her new bike for more rides.

My 4 year old son loved his Seeker 16 as soon as he first got on to it. Within 10 minutes he was able to pedal by himself. The bike is well made an very light for little ones to be able to control. The bike was easy to assemble with the tools provided. Although the bike is expensive, I feel it has been worth the money as I know my boy will get many hours of enjoyment from riding this bike.

My son just turned 4 and went from a 14 inch Woom 2 to the Early Rider Seeker 16… I think it was the perfect progression… My favorite thing is the pedals, actually, because they have a more aggressive grip on them, compared to other 16 inch bikes. And this is crucial to me, because my son’s feet often flew off the Woom pedals, causing him to lose control. The Seeker pedals have been much better for grip… Also, the wider tires on the Seeker are wonderful for loose dirt…. The build is super light and the geometry is supportive for trails and pump tracks… It’s been a seamless transition, and I’m totally impressed by the Seeker…. Thanks for a great design and quality components!

This is the third bike I have purchased, simply outstanding. Although it is expensive, the quality is evident and to invest in good kit has given my children a significant advantage when learning to ride and with their general progression.

Tout est bien pensé sur ce vélo.
Mon fils de 5 ans voit clairement la différence avec son précédent vélo : il peut maintenant monter des côtes plus raides grâce au gain de poids et descend aussi des pente plus raides grâce aux freins/pneus larges.
Il va garder ce vélo 1 an puis sa sœur prendra la suite à 3 ans (à 2 ans elle peut déjà monter dessus et pédaler seule, bien que le guidon soit un peu loin pour ses petits bras).
Note : les freins sont parfaitement utilisables par des toutes petites mains, ce qui n'est pas le cas chez la grande majorité des autres vélos.

Everything about this bike has been well thought out.
My 5-year-old son can clearly see the difference compared to his previous bike: he can now ride up steeper hills thanks to the reduced weight, and he can also ride down steeper slopes thanks to the brakes and wide tyres.
He’ll keep this bike for a year, then his sister will take it over when she’s 3 (at 2, she can already get on it and pedal by herself, although the handlebars are a bit far away for her little arms).
Note: the brakes are perfectly easy for very small hands to use, which isn’t the case with the vast majority of other bikes.

We love this bike! We replaced his 14in guardian with this bike and my 4 year old can suddenly keep up on neighborhood rides and can successfully navigate roots, rocks, loose dirt and hills on trails. Turns out the right bike makes all the difference! My only regret is that we didn’t buy it a year sooner. He is a tall 4 year old (just had his birthday), and this bike fits him absolutely perfectly.

purchased this for my 4-almost 5 year old son. he loves riding, but he was struggling with a bike twice the weight. the Seeker eliminated issues pedaling or walking his bike up hills. He had instant independence with his bike and that’s exactly what I was looking for.

Great upgrade for my son. The slacker geometry gives him the confidence he needs right now as he is starting to explore the more daring side of cycling.

Exactly what we were looking for our 4 year old is zooming and skidding and finally able to use his breaks properly. All other bikes were not designed for little hands. It's perfect and he loves it
