The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Early Rider Limited. These Terms apply to all orders and to the use of this website. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Your store is provided technically via Shopify International Ltd.

2. Formation of Contract

The presentation of products in the store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By submitting your order you make a binding offer. The contract is formed when we accept the order through an order confirmation or by dispatching the goods.

3. Prices, Shipping Costs and Delivery

All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. Any additional shipping costs are shown separately before you complete your order. Deliveries to certain countries may incur customs duties or import charges, which are borne by you.

The estimated delivery time is stated during the order process. We deliver to the countries listed in the store.

4. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered during checkout, including Shopify Payments and PayPal. Credit card data is always encrypted during transfer.

5. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Early Rider® EU, info.eu@earlyrider.com, phone +44 1189960638) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal: We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. [Review and adjust the return-cost rule.]

6. Statutory Warranty

We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, and for intent and gross negligence. For slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for such contracts. Otherwise, liability is excluded.

Liability under mandatory statutory provisions, in particular under product liability law, remains unaffected.

8. Product Safety
