Shipping and Return Policy
We ship to all EU countries with DPD. Shipping is a flat €7.95 for bikes and €5.25 for accessories. We don't offer express shipping.
Your order leaves our warehouse on the next working day after payment and order confirmation. Your tracking link arrives by email the same evening. Delivery within mainland Europe usually takes 2 to 4 working days, and up to 7 working days to remote regions.
You have 30 days to return your order. Find all the details on our Returns & Refunds page. If your delivery is delayed or something goes wrong, email us at info@earlyrider.com.
