Products are shipped to all EU territories using DPD. We do not have express shipping options, but our flat fee of €7.95 (bikes) / €5.25 (accessories) is a quick and reliable service. Delivery is usually a maximum of 7 business days to furthest destinations, 2-4 business days for continental Europe (but please note that once orders have left our warehouse, they are beyond our control). Orders are dispatched the following business day after payment and confirmation, with tracking information sent automatically by email that evening. Returns
In the event you need to return your bike, please contact us first. Products must be returned in brand-new and unused condition in the original packaging, with care taken to protect items which could be easily damaged. A pre-paid shipping label can be provided, the cost of which will be deducted from any eventual refund. Return of a bike is €15.00, small parts and accessories €8.00 formainland/continental Europe. For Scandinavia and islands, please contact us first so we can get shipping quotes. Any products returned which do not comply with this policy will not be accepted for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are unclear about any of this, please call before ordering as bikes are large and expensive items to send, so please think of the environment and be sure before you buy.

Seeker 14 to learn at 4 y.o after 12" balance bike
I was struggling to find the perfect bike for my son to start learning biking after being on a 12" balance bike with allready the same style mountain bike hydraulic disk brake and fat wheels.
And then, I met Early Rider's Seeker 14 !
I just got my son's Seeker 14, and it's awesome!
He's already riding it like a pro ;-)
The geometry is perfect for a little boy who’s 95 cm tall with small hands: the handlebar diameter is just right, the brake levers are perfectly close together (I adjusted them as close as possible), and the minimal pressure needed to operate them is ideal!
Thank you to the Early Rider team for designing such a well-suited and awesome bike for our kids!!!

Exceptional!
We ordered this bike for my daughter who is 2 years and 10 months old. We went back and forth on brands, but ultimately decided to give this one a shot; and I’m glad we did! She’s exactly 3 ft tall and just met the minimum recommended for the 14. With the seat in the lowest position, she’s a perfect fit. I was astonished at how well balanced she was and how quickly she took to the bike! The hydraulic disc brakes are an asset as well because she has PLENTY of stopping power without needing to squeeze the hand brake too hard. The bike has been an everyday use item in our house ever since. We’ll be riding this until she outgrows it!

super cadeau d'anniversaire pour mon petit-fils de 3 ans
je suis très contente de ce vélo qui est d'une grande qualité et mon petit-fils l'adore même si pour l'instant il s'en sert comme une draisienne ; le temps de s'y faire puisqu'il est en 14 pouces. Super achat et la livraison s'est faite très rapidement et dans d'excellentes conditions.
A refaire pour mon autre petit-fils qui va avoir 5 ans en septembre !

We started with a kids ride shotgun balance bike and we got this for my son for his 3rd birthday. The quality is great and I would buy this again. The size is perfect for him and I'd buy it again without question.
