No fuss replacement
Our bike came with a slow leak and I had opened a "chat now" thread to ask what I needed to do to get it replaced or at least where I could look to buy a new one. I got busy and never looked back at the chat but that night had an email that the replacement tube shipping label had been created. Go here fast and have had zero issues since!
